I am very fortunate and grateful to have trained with and to have absorbed the heart essence of many Great Masters within the traditions of Ch'an, Rinzai Zen, Mahayana Maha-Ati, Shaolin and Advaita Vedanta. With deep gratitude I sincerely and humbly bow before them all, and hold each in my heart as my perpetual teachers.

Having a deep lifelong connection with the ancient Ch'an Masters, their teaching and methods of awakening, I intuitively and intently practiced the methods as a child, and as an adult became aquatinted with the Buddha's teaching and the various traditions that embody the essence, immersing myself in the methods and meaning of the Mahayana Sutras and the words and instructions of the realized beings who took up the path of awakening.

I am neither teacher nor master, but can humbly offer what little I have for the benefit of those who feel drawn to the authentic Mahayana teaching as manifested by the Great Ch'an Masters.
